Stuart is a Chartered Surveyor and leads the business.
Specialising in niche land uses, Stuart started his career in telecoms site finding and acquisition, working for the UKs mobile network operators.
After 10 years of finding and acquiring base station sites, Stuart moved to out of home advertising.
In 2007 Stuart joined the Insite Group,

After 10 years of finding and acquiring base station sites, Stuart moved to out of home advertising.
In 2007 Stuart joined the Insite Group, co-Directing with the businesses founder, focusing on the acquisition, development and management of poster sites across the country and helping to create an investment grade asset.
Insite became the largest independent owner of advertising assets in the UK, most recently with a focus on generating value from digital roadside advertising.
In January 2021, Stuart established Ardent Land to source and advise on out of home advertising sites.
